Frigoviq operates exclusively within the borders of Singapore. We do not accept orders, process transactions, or arrange shipments for locations outside of Singapore. By placing an order on this website, you confirm that your delivery address is located within Singapore. Any orders requested for international destinations will be automatically cancelled by our system.

2. Delivery Timeline and Shipping Framework

We maintain a transparent shipping timeline so you know exactly when your order will arrive. Our overall delivery window spans 3 to 4 business days from the moment you place your order. This period consists of two separate phases:

  • Handling and Packaging Phase:We require 2 business days to prepare, package, and hand over your product to our logistics providers.
  • Transit Phase:Once the item leaves our facility, the logistics company requires 1 to 2 business days to transport the item to your specified Singapore address.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays observed in Singapore. We make every effort to meet these timeframes consistently.

3. Payment Structure and Cash on Delivery

To ensure a straightforward purchasing environment, we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) framework only.

  • Payment Collection:The full payment amount displayed at checkout is collected directly at your doorstep at the time of delivery.
  • No Hidden Fees:The price you see on the order confirmation screen is the final price. We do not apply any hidden charges, administration fees, or shipping costs to your order. Delivery is completely free of charge across Singapore.
  • Payment Preparation:Please ensure you have the exact amount ready in cash when the delivery agent arrives, as our logistics partners may have limited change.

4. Order Modification and Cancellation Policy

We process orders efficiently to maintain our shipping timelines. Therefore, order cancellations are subject to strict logistical limits:

  • Before Dispatch:You can cancel your order at any point while the item remains within our storage facility. To cancel, notify us immediately via email.
  • After Dispatch:Once the product is handed over to our logistics providers and is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. The delivery process must be completed, and the courier will bring the item to your address.

5. Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy to address structural errors or fulfillment issues. This 30-day window starts exactly on the day the item is delivered to your doorstep.

Conditions for Returns

We accept returns only if you receive a damaged product or an incorrect model. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if you experience a change of mind after purchasing. We ask that you review all product specifications and ensure you are completely certain before finalizing your order.

Return Process and Inspection

1.Notification: Within 30 Days.

Email our team at support@frigoviq.com with your order details and photographic evidence of the damage or the incorrect model.

2.Complimentary Pickup: Scheduled by Frigoviq.

We will arrange a courier to collect the item directly from your address. There are no shipping fees or restocking fees for this service.

3.Quality Assessment: 24-Hour Window.

Once the item arrives back at our facility, our team spends up to 24 hours reviewing the condition of the product.

4.Resolution Protocol: Replacement or Refund.

We will arrange a direct replacement of the model. If a replacement is unavailable or the damage cannot be resolved, we will initiate a full refund.

Refund Execution via Bank Transfer

Because we operate exclusively through Cash on Delivery, we do not possess your bank account details at the time of purchase.

To process a refund, our support team will contact you via email to request your local bank account information. Once we receive these details, we will initiate a direct bank transfer for the full purchase amount. After the transfer is initiated, it takes up to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account, depending entirely on your specific banking institution.

6. Zero Fee Structure

We believe in complete pricing transparency. We do not charge any hidden maintenance fees, processing fees, or restocking fees. If a product qualifies for a return under our damage or incorrect model guidelines, the return pickup and subsequent processing cost you nothing.
